Smart Marketing Platform Project for a Rural Commercial Bank
The bank previously operated with a basic customer relationship management system that lacked the ability to differentiate customers or support data-driven marketing decisions. Precision marketing was difficult to execute, campaigns could not integrate with digital channels, and event-based marketing was not feasible. The bank sought an overall strategy to enhance marketing precision, with a particular focus on supporting in-branch (hall) marketing scenarios.
- 01Lack of Precision Marketing Capability
Although the bank values in-branch marketing, it lacked systems to support precision targeting, making it difficult to carry out effective campaigns.
- 02Limited Channel Integration
The bank was unable to integrate marketing activities across channels, preventing the launch of online marketing initiatives.
- 03Weak Foundational Marketing Capabilities
Basic marketing capabilities were lacking, with no way to track campaign workflows or assess performance.
Improved foundational marketing management by introducing campaign workflow planning, monitoring, and performance analysis.
Established a strong marketing foundation through end-to-end planning and performance analysis, addressing previously weak capabilities and delivering notable improvements.
In the later stages of the project, emphasis was placed on intelligent marketing and customer differentiation. By leveraging the platform´s features—such as tagging, predictive models, cohort analysis, and A/B testing—marketing precision significantly improved.
Offline marketing efforts, especially those in branch halls, received targeted support. This led to a substantial reduction in campaign costs and a notable enhancement of overall marketing effectiveness.
