Develop a three-year (2019-2021) IT strategy and implementation roadmap aligned with business goals and current capabilities.
Starting from the understanding of the business strategy, analyze the business drivers that the bank needs to possess, as well as the demands of these business drivers on information technology. Through the investigation of the current status of information technology, analyze the existing problems in IT construction, and lay the foundation for formulating the overall IT architecture

From the perspective of project implementation, formulate the project implementation roadmap for achieving the target IT architecture, including project definition, project priorities and dependencies, high-level investment estimation, and corresponding suggestions for the project implementation management organizational structure.
Clarified the bank’s IT development goals of building an advanced infrastructure, secure and robust systems, innovation-driven technologies, sound architecture governance, comprehensive business enablement, well-defined policies and regulations, and a professional and efficient workforce. This helped align the team with a clearer understanding of the development objectives, thereby strengthening support for the bank’s overall strategic direction.
