In recent years, the insurance industry has grown rapidly, with increasingly diversified sales channels and business models. As a result, sales management systems have become more complex. The underlying sales governance rules, or “basic laws,” are updated annually. Each change typically requires the system to be redeveloped, as parameters cannot be flexibly configured via a user interface. Instead, IT professionals must manually configure the rules and deploy them to the production environment through scripts. A simple update can take a month to develop, while more complex changes can require over three months, involving multiple phases—requirements, development, testing, operations, and business validation—and a team of at least six people. To address these pain points, GienTech has developed a next-generation insurance sales management system that allows for flexible configuration of rule parameters, significantly reducing both the development cycle and maintenance costs for insurance institutions.
The “basic law” forms the foundation of sales management, with core functionalities—such as organizational structure, personnel grading, reporting lines, relational benefits, commissions, and performance evaluation—all dependent on these rules. Thus, any change to the basic law necessitates a corresponding update in the sales management system.
The system adopts a "Low Coupling + Parameterization" approach to address these issues. Front-end functionalities related to the basic law are configured through parameters. The system architecture is modular and decoupled from business rules, allowing parameters to drive the system. When the basic law changes, related functionalities automatically adapt.
Built on a distributed microservices architecture, the system comprises six core modules: Data Download, Data Processing, Rule Management, Business Management, Recruitment Processing, and Organizational Team Management.
-
Data Download
Supports scheduled or real-time downloads of policy, product, and organizational data from core systems, enabling seamless integration with various interfaced systems.
-
Data Processing
Includes direct commission calculations, daily and monthly aggregation, and computation of key performance indicators.
-
Rule Management
Enables parameterized configuration of the basic law, supports granular-level customization, multi-rule management across institutions, and flexible rule adaptation.
-
Business Management
Covers business calculations, commission management, performance evaluation, and month-end reconciliation.
-
Recruitment Processing
Supports diverse recruitment methods such as internal referrals, online platforms, media, campus hiring, and industry transfers. Facilitates e-recruitment and management of personnel and contract information.
-
Organizational Team Management
Includes management of organizations, offices, teams, frontline sales units, team reallocation, and training relationship tracking.

-
AI Training Companion System
Creates realistic business scenario simulations for human-machine interaction training, adopting a closed-loop "Learn-Practice-Test-Evaluate" model to ensure progressive mastery, enabling trainees to achieve true competency and effective communication, while enhancing training management through data-driven operations.
