Gientech and its affiliated entities operating globally (mainly CEC Gientech Digital Technology Group Co.,Ltd and any of its affiliated company) (hereinafter referred to as “We”), respect your (individuals or corporate) privacy rightsand value the protection of your Personal Data. The Gientech website is only available to natural person (or company) over the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not provide us with your Personal Data through the Portal.

1) Preliminary screening and registration of vendors

 

If you are willing to register as our customer or individual vendor, you need to provide us with your basic Personal Data via our website (https://www.gientech.com) or by email, including your name, phone number, company name, position, email address,etc., so that we can establish in-depth cooperation with you.

 

If you are the contact person of a corporate vendor, we will only collect your name, phone number, company name, position, email address in addition to the relevant corporate information (such as company profile, website information, scale of the company, information of full-time staff, business license, clients and project experience).

 

After passing the preliminary screening, you or your company will be entered into the customer or vendor pool. If you refuse to provide the above information, you or your company will not be able to complete our customer or vendor registration and selection process.

 

The above-mentioned information is the information we need for concluding and performing the service agreement, and if you refuse to provide it, it will directly affect our cooperation relationship with you.

 

(2) Personal Data we collect indirectly

 

If you provide us with any Personal Data of any data subjects other than yourself, please bring this Privacy Policy to their attention. You hereby acknowledge that you have obtained their consent or completed other formality as required by other lawful basis for the Personal Data processing in lieu of consent before providing such Personal Data to us.
