Next-Generation Mobile Banking Project for a Major Joint-Stock Commercial Bank
The personal internet banking system of a major joint-stock commercial bank faced multiple challenges. Enhanced Customer Acquisition: A new marketing campaign management module enabled fast publishing of promotional events. The mobile app, as the core battlefield, supported user acquisition and reactivation campaigns, coordinated with channel-based conversion efforts.
Increased Operational Conversion: A decoupled product-platform structure supported personalized marketing strategies. Functions such as product info maintenance, sales settings, and product shelf management enabled accurate mapping of user personas to marketing content, significantly improving conversion rates.
Operational Efficiency Gains: Centralized release management streamlined front-end microservice control, allowing urgent issues to be resolved through rapid deployments. This reduced release frequency and shortened the release cycle.
Enhanced Security Capabilities: A comprehensive security system covered infrastructure, network, and data layers. This ensured the security of the next-generation mobile banking platform, complied with regulations, and protected user data and assets—building a trusted digital banking experience.
