Mini Program Factory Project for an FMCG Company
The client owns multiple brands, each relying on WeChat mini programs as a core channel for private domain marketing. Frequent product launches and promotional campaigns required continual updates to mini program content. This high-frequency iteration drove up development costs, made delivery timelines unpredictable, and impacted output quality.
We developed an end-to-end “Mini Program Factory” system that integrates design, development, and customization. Through a standardized and templated development workflow, we built a repository of reusable modules tailored for common marketing scenarios—such as social sharing, surveys, service appointments, UGC, live streaming, lucky draws, customer service, and membership features. These templates can be flexibly customized and rapidly deployed, significantly reducing both cost and delivery time.
