This operator is looking for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution to automate and enhance the information security in daily business and operational tasks. A list of the IT processes is collected and to be covered in the scope of solution implementation. However, the solution shall able to handle other processes such as finance and HR processes.
With our extensive expertise in RPA and strong partnership with Blue Prism, GienTech is presented to present the Blue Prism Digital Workforce Platform, which allows self-served with comprehensive features, and would be used to implement the project with fulfilling the stated requirements and delivering based on the defined project timeline and schedule.
The Digital Workforce solution – RPA has been deployed to IT services for better System & infrastructure management. In parallel, other business unit has also adopted this RPA for quotation creation of business team to streamline the business operation.
