Driven by rapid advances in cloud computing, AI, and big data, digital trade has become a key engine of global economic growth. As an important platform for international exchange in this field, the BEYOND International Technology Innovation Expo 2024 was held in Macao from May 22 to 25, bringing together over a thousand enterprises worldwide to showcase cutting-edge innovations. Participating alongside China Electronics Corporation (CEC), GienTech presented its new-generation digital infrastructure platform Origien, highlighting emerging opportunities for digital industries in Macao and strengthening international cooperation in the digital economy.

At the exhibition, GienTech showcased a portfolio of solutions including Origien, Origien + Data, Origien + Quality & Safety, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, AI-generated content (AIGC) solutions for the financial industry, and the Macao Information Technology Application Innovation Laboratory project, attracting strong interest from industry participants.

With its strategic location in the Greater Bay Area, a well-established financial system, and a free trade environment, Macao serves as an important hub for digital trade. Aligned with national development strategies, the Macao SAR Government has introduced supportive policies to foster digital industries, including the Macao SAR Economic Diversification Development Plan (2024–2028), which promotes modern financial services, high-tech industries, and industrial transformation.

Leveraging Macao’s advantages, GienTech actively advances international collaboration in technology innovation and financial services, supporting the global expansion of digital solutions. Notable examples include a CRM solution co-developed with The Bank of East Asia, supporting its OneBank strategy and accelerating digital and automated operations, as well as a data platform built on Origien for a leading Hong Kong charitable organization, reducing data operations costs by 20–30% and tripling data processing performance. In addition, GienTech has entered into a strategic partnership with the Macao Science Center to strengthen local talent development and innovation through integrated “education–research–industry” collaboration.

Looking ahead, GienTech will continue advancing toward its vision of becoming a globally influential software company. By integrating innovative technologies such as Origien into enterprise digital transformation worldwide, GienTech aims to bring China’s digital transformation experience to global markets.
