Established standardized financial planning service processes and multi-channel investment order workflows to build robust middle- and back-office support for wealth services. Provided continuous support to relationship managers by establishing an asset allocation and portfolio-centered wealth management business that delivers sustained advisory services to clients.
Successfully delivered a full suite of advisory tools—including financial calculators, financial health diagnostics, quick planning, single-goal planning, and comprehensive planning. Established standardized advisory service processes and achieved a transformation from single-product to portfolio-based sales. Built up holistic capabilities in product management, financial planning, asset allocation, and investment order processing.
