The bank sought to build an integrated operating platform that combines client management, product management, and asset management. Solution

Enhanced private banking product management with a dedicated product shelf and systematic mechanisms for managing product NAVs and lifecycles, addressing gaps in manual operations.
Strengthened asset management capabilities to support three core private banking models: Investment Advisory, Discretionary Portfolio Management, and Family Trust Services.
Built a professional operations process aligned with the bank’s "1+1+N" team service model, including advisory service flows, strategic asset planning, dynamic rebalancing, and multidimensional monitoring for day-to-day portfolio management.
Established foundational business control mechanisms to oversee key operations—product sales, customer accounts, and transactions—ensuring risk management and operational stability.


Results

Successfully enabled the bank's digital transformation of its private banking operations, resulting in growth in both client numbers and managed assets. Strengthened the institution’s brand recognition and reputation within the private banking industry. The bank formally launched its private banking unit this year, establishing a solid technological foundation for future business innovation and expansion.
