Client Background

To enhance business analysis and decision-making capabilities, the bank needed to consolidate its fragmented management information across the organization. The goal was to enable leaders at all levels to efficiently access accurate data and improve the overall digitalization of management decision-making.
The project was centered around multidimensional profitability analysis and required the ability to meet diverse user needs through a flexible reporting system that supports both ad hoc queries and standardized report formats.

By integrating and processing financial data, the project established a unified indicator framework and a comprehensive dimension system. It also defined standardized data management practices — including indicator naming conventions, definitions, and calculation methodologies — to enable flexible data extraction, utilization, and management in the future.

Fully enabled flexible definition and automated configuration of business-requested indicators.

Delivered nine functional modules, including indicator maintenance, indicator search, pending indicators, indicator approval, approval logs, operation history, dependency analysis, indicator unlocking, and multidimensional analysis.
