Comprehensive O&M monitoring system for a rural commercial bank
To cater to the needs of "Four Empowerments", the bank planned to build various application systems on a large scale and to launch technological empowerment projects such as new mobile banking app, Yellow River E-loan, intelligent customer service, intelligent marketing, and anti-fraud feature. Moreover, since the bank had introduced emerging technologies such as private cloud, distributed system, and big data platform, such systems and infrastructure had to be included within the existing integrated O&M monitoring system, posing new requirements for the integrated O&M monitoring system. Therefore, we were tasked with planning and building an integrated O&M monitoring system for the bank.
Add collection and alarm features of new systems and metrics to the basic platform monitoring system. Develop specific monitoring types and templates for new technologies such as the private cloud, distributed system, and big data platform.
Based on the existing basic platform monitoring system, enhance the display performance of the large screen: Add the comprehensive basic resource display feature that can show the resource load, number of alarms, and rankings of key metrics.
Add the correlation analysis and trend analysis features for upstream and downstream systems and related metrics. Add the inspection report and set the inspection cycle to achieve one-click inspection report generation for resources of different positions.
Connect with the mobile terminal and grant users permissions to view and operate the resource metric list, alarm information, and large screen information monitored by the basic platform.
We incorporated new basic resources such as private cloud, distributed system, and big data platform into the current integrated O&M monitoring system, and customized planning for the building of the integrated O&M monitoring system based on the actual circumstances of the bank. We provided powerful support for the production of the core project group by empowering the comprehensive monitoring of the new system.
