As the internet and mobile internet businesses of a provincial rural credit union expanded rapidly, the client recognized the need to build a unified digital marketing system. The goal was to support the full range of marketing activities, enabling real-time, precise targeting and campaign configuration for different customer segments, thereby facilitating acquisition, reactivation, and cross-marketing initiatives.

Activities initiated based on user actions like scanning QR codes, logging in, or registering
Platform went live in November 2018, launching 20+ marketing campaigns in the initial phase; the “Lucky Draw” campaign alone reactivated 1 million dormant customers;
From November 2018 to October 2019, nearly 1,000 campaigns were executed, covering major departments and local credit union branches;
A comprehensive online digital marketing service system was established for the provincial rural credit network.
