Traditional mobile banking services often face several common challenges. Service entry points are fragmented, interaction remains largely passive, and available touchpoints are limited. Users frequently need to move across multiple pages and functions to complete a single task, while systems often struggle to understand and respond to real customer needs in a timely and contextual way. GienTech Smart Banking Concierge is designed to address these pain points by creating a unified intelligent entry point, strengthening intent 

understanding, and expanding multi-end service reach, making banking services more natural, continuous, and efficient.



Powered by an agent platform, GienTech Smart Banking Concierge connects high-frequency financial scenarios such as account inquiry, transfer and remittance, wealth management recommendations, loan consultation, and credit card services.
