GienTech and BEA Partner on CRM Solution Development
Recently, GienTech, a digital transformation specialist, announced its collaboration with The Bank of East Asia (“BEA” or the “Bank”) to jointly develop a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. The initiative aims to deliver an upgraded, seamless wealth management experience for the Bank’s customers.
Leveraging Origien, its financial-grade digital foundation platform, together with nearly three decades of industry expertise, GienTech will work with BEA to build a new CRM solution that enhances key performance indicator (KPI) management and sales process management, unlocks deeper customer insights, and enables more efficient data-driven decision-making. The solution will further support BEA’s OneBank strategy, accelerating the digitalization and automation of business operations and expanding cross-border business capabilities.
Founded in Hong Kong in 1918, BEA is a leading financial services group with approximately 130 outlets worldwide, offering a full range of corporate banking, personal banking, wealth management, and investment services. The Bank has embarked on a comprehensive digital transformation journey and launched its OneBank strategy in 2022, with the goal of delivering a consistent, high-quality, and seamless banking experience across its global network.
Prior to this collaboration, GienTech had already been a long-term partner of The Bank of East Asia (China) Limited (“BEA China”), providing IT consulting services in support of its digital transformation initiatives and core banking system development.
