Additionally, following the regulatory notice issued at the end of 2020 on promoting independent personal insurance agents, the individual insurance sales model is set for significant transformation—necessitating a corresponding system overhaul.
Frequent changes in sales hierarchy, constraints of basic law rules, and personnel movement or reassignment all directly affect the commission calculation logic.
The system adopts the "Low Coupling + Parameterization" concept.
